Responsibility:

• HR Management:
o Managing all HR transactions in the eastern region for all company projects.
o Review the organization chart and manpower plan to make sure the company vision and values are implemented through project leaders.
o Manage the talent management system including annual appraisal, training, manpower analysis, succession plan, onboarding, and recruitment.
o Explain the HR policy, procedures and legislation to projects management.
o Implement and enhance the top management technical requirement alignment with the operation department in HR policy, training, and recruitment.
o Design the HR department in the company project by using 7S model.

• Recruitment and Training:
o Review and update the job descriptions and job requirements before starting the recruitment process.
o Manage the overseas and local recruitment process based on the requirement.
o Manage and update the manpower plan, the organization chart and recruitment tracker.
o Analysis of employee annual appraisal to identify the gap in skills and knowledge.
o Manage and set the training plan and matrix based on the skills and knowledge gap.

• Employee Relation and Payroll:
o Review and update the employment contract.
o Manage employees annual vacation schedule.
o Analysis and review of the monthly payroll.
o Manage all GOSI update and requirements.
o Manage all type of leaves.
o Designed off-boarding standard form, to analyze all resignation reasons.

• Organization development:
o Manage the update of the job description every year or if the job becomes vacant.
o Analyses any new vacancy to write or update the job description.
o Update and manage the succession plan.
o Manage and review the employee's annual evaluation, merit increase and promotion to be presented to project/branch management.
