Remaining available for all needs in the field for the assigned territories. (Ex: Onsite training, Installation, Support, etc.)
o Training support:
Actively support the completion of local hands-on training for both Bio-Rad employees and those from distribution partners and end users.

o Helping customer service and distributors with tenders and quotation:

o Assess and help resolve any technical issues implementation and validation of new customers.
o Evaluating the market status and seeking new opportunities.
o Perform on-site demos and/or clinical trainings for customers.

Performing wide variety of tests and procedures Regarding blood banking area for ex. Coombs test, blood compatibility testing, antibody identification, elution, adsorption, And tests regarding blood safety EX. Infectious screening Using NAT technology "Nucleic acid testing" Other Procedures like platelets apheresis, and therapeutic plasma exchange Using different machines like Fenwall, Trima, Optia and Cope spectra. \nin addition to blood bank QC part like products QC, reagent QC method validation, instrument validation, reagent validation and Document control.
