• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
• Manage training budget
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary

- Owner of Regional capability development
- Ensure regional BE team development
- Actively participate in the Regional Portfolio discussions and alignment
- Responsible for regional BE resources planning
- Own specific measures of Regional scorecards (staffed KUs, qualified KUs, certified KUs, RFC properly managed, RFC/Development/Projects savings)
- Participates in change management and issue sheet preparation process, leads with IT the initial assessment of each request and makes recommendation of next steps to GPO and HPT
- participates in work process/System solution matching and gap analysis sessions
- Be a passionate advocate for global standards (Governance role)
- Coaches/supports the local Implementation Project Teams to generate quality issue sheets/Requests For Change
- Owns and provides global training materials (presentation materials, job aids, class exercises, Key User
- monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
- coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
- analysing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
- allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
- liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers;
- developing business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
