International commercial contracts, agreements & other legal instruments.


-Giving of legal opinion and appearance before the courts in relation to legal proceedings in commercial claims, labor cases, civil suits & criminal cases.

-Representing clients in all kinds of legal cases at the different levels and kinds of courts and in Arbitration cases either as Plaintiffs or Defendants.

-Preparation of legal instruments such as the Companies constitutive contracts & articles of association for domestic companies and companies with foreign capital contribution whether they are LLC or Joint Stock companies or partnerships.



-Participated in the privatization related-works of electricity & water sector in Oman and in the legal merger of private commercial companies done by SASLO.

-Draft, and revision of legal & commercial mortgages and of credit and collateral securities for loan agreements.

-Handling of claims for credit collection before the courts including preparation and drafting of legal notices, statements of claims, legal submissions and pleadings on behalf of the domestic &
International companies.


-Co-ordination with international law Firms in relation to the disputes which
I handle and the mutual discussion of legal issues with them.

-Providing legal opinion to the Omani & non-Omani companies based in Oman and translation of their official documents pertaining to correspondences of the public authorities to them, from Arabic to English
& vice versa.


-Assisting the clients in preparation of legal searches/ researches pertaining to issues of legal interest to them whether in respect of the binding judicial precedents of the courts, interpretation of the statutory provisions, availability of legal options to handle a specific issue, negotiations for amicable settlement and dispute resolution.
