• T1 Dub is an AI-powered SaaS platform that dubs and localizes videos while preserving the original speakers tone
and emotional delivery, powered by four independent voice-cloning engines running in isolated environments behind a
unified backend.
• The backend (Django REST Framework + PostgreSQL) handles the full processing pipeline — audio ingestion, async
job orchestration via Celery/Redis, and routing across the different voice-cloning engines — running production
workloads on a VPS under Daphne, Celery, and Supervisor.
• Tone-aware translation combines custom prompt engineering around the OpenAI API with dedicated ML models for
tone classification and text-to-speech generation, mapping emotional cues in the original audio to accurate, tone
preserving translated speech.
• API error handling is structured and bilingual (English/Arabic), giving users accurate, localized feedback instead of
generic error messages.
• The platform won funding at the Cairo AI Hackathon.

• Built and deployed a full-stack content creator platform using Next.js 16 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and
MongoDB Atlas.
• Developed a Community feature end-to-end: MongoDB collections, REST API routes, countdown timers, event
registration with email capture, and an admin dashboard for managing courses and events.
• Integrated Tap Payments gateway and updated legal policy pages to reflect payment compliance requirements.
• Fixed a critical authentication vulnerability where unauthenticated users could access protected admin routes,
implementing dual-layer security (Next.js middleware + layout-level JWT verification).

• The platform is a Dockerized SaaS product for automated SEO analytics, giving users trend reports and performance
insights pulled from aggregated site data.
• The analytics engine (SQLAlchemy-based) processes and aggregates time-series data to power the trends
dashboard, with automated email delivery (via aiosmtplib and Resend) for scheduled reports.
• The codebase is maintained through a structured Git workflow, with feature work (like the email-migration module)
rebased and merged into production as part of the teams release process.
