Working as a consultant regarding machinery purchasing, Raw materials and production costs
Represent the company in Egypt to establish new business and penetrate the Egyptian market .
Visit the targeted customers to introduce the company and its services and get offers from the HQ in India and follow up with the customers till the order is confirmed and follow up the shipments and all other issues regarding customer requirements
Working as a consultant for companies regarding machinery purchasing and production cost
1-Control loading of the production lines
2-Leading the planning team to ensure the fulfillment of the manufacturing orders as per the schedule as per the buyer requirements, including securing the raw materials and all production requirements at the right time.
3- follow up day to day the real production quantities
• Reporting to the CEO.
• Planning the sales staff visits to the customers and industrial areas.
• Making action plan according to the reports of our sales staff.
• Managing the day to day customer technical claims and getting solutions with the suppliers.
• Follow up the customer inquires and confirmed orders.
• Accompanying visitors (from different managerial levels from foreign companies to visit customers).
• Accompanying customers to visit Suppliers abroad and attend international Exhibitions.
• Hire and train sales staff.
• Evaluate suppliers and making market surveys.
• Keeping an eye on our market position relative to our competitors.
The company is recently sold to a big group ( citadel Capital ) and the new administration is aiming to rebuild the Purchasing department and build a strong supply chain and procurement system.
My job now is to fulfil the required foreign purchasing operations and moving towards the targeted supply chain

Programmer for Shima Seiki Flat Knitting machines
Make programms for computerized flat knitting machines. Analyze structure of knitted samples to be programmed. Maintenance and adjust flat knitting machines.
Give consulte to customrs about raw materials and the suitability of the raw material to the required knitting structure.
Contact the customers for marketing our services.
Spare parts Engineer
Contact foreign companies to make purchasing orders.
Control spare parts in stock.
Receiving customers’ orders of spare parts and satisfying it.
Responsible for maintenance and adjusting of 128 weaving machines.
Following the quality reports to ensure that the produced fabrics satisfy the required specifications.
Checking the machines and fabric to eliminate faults.
