Responsibilities:
* Manage communication and take the lead in resolving issues with all departments' organizations.
* Provide leadership in supporting all project activities.
* Monitor status and progress of projects ensure that objectives are achieved in terms of timely completion of the project with quality and within cost and report progress and issues to the Director.

* Identify and ensure implementation of project processes and formats.
* Coordinate functional requirement of project units.
* Mapping the automation of the project process within available resources.
* Create implementation plan as per the project demand.
* Administrate the project policy & business requirement.
* Provide the necessary guide lines to the deployment team.
* Identify gaps and bottle necks on the implementation plan.
* Responsible for Fixed GSM Project, Coverage Improvement Project, Villages 7 Project, and Conjunction Relive and Solar System Project
* Responsible for Roads 2008 Project Phase 5, 6 (Nokia, Ericsson & Siemens Vendors), Phase 7 (Huawei), and GSME7, E9 (Siemens Project)
* Mange all Roads Project and Solar System Project Sites activities related with the civil group, Installation, Material Management, Engineering activities and progress.
* Allocate the sites to the contractors who is deemed qualified.
* Track Implementation Schedules for all activities with Contractors.
* Coordinate and expedite pending or blocking issues of site acquisition, site power, site baladiyah permit, tower supply, and site handover and site implementation with the different Department.
* Arrange and manage weekly meeting with contractors.
* Follow up site variations (Example: reply all letters belong to the sites)
* Coordinate with implementation team to monitor contractor's time schedules and propose applying penalties in case of delay.
* Prepare and compile activity-tracking reports.
* Attend the weekly IFG meeting with Vendor.
* Attending blocking issues meeting.
* Follow up site FDED approval and site acceptance.

* Ensure that all briefs and updates for the reports are issued from the department.
* I have completed the task of assigning new switch interface ids for telephone subscribers using the new digital wireless base stations.
* Support and Update the team by ensuring the completion of all operational and administrative functions necessary to meet the target date.
* Coordinate and expedite pending issues with customers. Prepare several simultaneous tasks for the customers.
* Facilitate obtaining of site surveys and site numbers, land acquisition and approval for the use of existing towers and infrastructure.
* Follow-up all SRS Project activities related with the Civil group, Installation, Material Management, Engineering and Sub-contractor activities and progress.
