Job Responsibilities:
 Provide a Complete Electrical Design for DEMATIC Europe (DEMATIC is a global automation company which provide a comprehensive range of intelligent intralogistics and materials handling solutions)
 Electrical Design: • To interpret design input information to produce control system design. • Production of all associated documentation including, but not limited to, design calculations, design specifications, operation and maintenance manuals, and test specifications. • Design and production of electrical layout and schematic drawings.
 Main Projects:
1- AMAZON Fulfilment Centre - (Czech Republic)  Using Dematic standard to do the following: - Understanding the Mechanical layout of the warehouse to provide to correct Device layout placement using AUTOCAD - Provide the (400VAC Calculation, Profibus Network,

Developing software and hardware design specifications
Designing the PLC programs according to the required application
Configuration and implementation of SCADA systems (Screens & Graphics, configuring the system, creating & managing PLC & SCADA interfaces, Alarms, Data logging, User administration, Reporting)
Specify process instrumentation, PLCs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment.
Developing Electrical panel schematics
Supervising the installation of the hardware needed for the project
Calibration of transmitters and programming inverters
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Install, test, and start-up control systems on-site.
Technical review of tender specifications for PLC system design
Preparing documentations (Electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, operation manual and troubleshooting guides)
Train operators and engineers on control systems.
