Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer في Al-DAFE Trading & Contracting Company

Job Responsibilities:
❑ providing consulting scope For King Fahad Medical City Project as AL-BARQ Consulting Engineers member and AL-BARQ is partner of Aldafe company.
❑ Same responsibilities of above company.
❑ Review all submissions from specialist suppliers such as FM200 and CO2 Clean Agents & Foam F.F systems - Plumbing specialist systems (STP, WTP, Irrigation), Fuel stations, Generators, Fuel systems, workshops equipment's and Overhead Cranes.
❑ Preparing all related works with suppliers as (study technical and financial
offers, negotiation for lowest price, supplier’s contracts, Follow the supplied
material to be as project specs and technical offers.
❑ Preparing testing and commissioning files for all equipment at project.
❑ Preparing operation & maintenance documents for handover procedures.
❑ Preparation of Method of statements for all MEP works.
❑ managing the overall activities of estimation, purchase request, procurement, execution and hand over of MEP works.
❑ Interacting with Consultant, Client, MEP contractors to meet project schedule.
❑ Organizing and spearhead the coordination technical meetings and discussions with client, consultants, main contractor, sub-contractors, specialists & suppliers.
