Stemming analysis is reducing a word to its basic form. Stemmers play a central role in the Natural Language Processing (NLP) and many other fields, such as Information retrieval (IR). The thesis presents a set of techniques to develop a new stemming algorithm and improves existing techniques under the name "new efficient techniques for Arabic stemmers".
