Projects: Construction of concrete buildings traditional and post tension (hotels and commercial buildings)
Duties:
• oversee and inspect day to day construction activities in order to meet technical, quality and compliance requirements as set forth in the drawings, Specifications, Codes, Method statements and project execution plan.
• Review contractor’s submittals, design drawings, shop drawings, reports, procurements log and materials submittals to ensure its compliance with client’s requirements and specification.
•Coordinate the tendering team in creating tenders and construction documents for new projects including client’s requirements, drawings, performance specifications, BOQ, quality requirements, contracts.
•Coordinate between design teams to avoid design clashes between all disciplines by collaborating the models in Revit according to BIM requirements.
• Follow up the corrective actions achievements against the observations and nonconformance reports where works are faulty or non-compliant with the construction documents.
• Ensure safety protocol and regulations are established according to HSE plan.
• Ensures the latest and approved documents, NOC's and drawings are available on site, and any Field change or client’s variation orders(RFP) are finalized according to the contract clauses including any claims of extension of time and impact analysis.
• Assist the Client’s representative in reviewing the progress payment statements, and in replying the RFI’s and issuing instructions reports.
• Conduct progress meetings to display the weekly update of the project program including charts, look a heads, schedule and cost variances and ensuring the budget is monitored and reported, and to display the progress vs. programmed work and the compliance with the contract/construction documents.
• Ensure the materials, manpower and Construction Equipment & Vehicles are present on construction site according to the planned program and schedules and ensure permits validity and calibrations.
• Ensure certificates and quality measurements are established according to the relevant Method statements, ITP and the project quality plan.
• Assist the client in ensuring all the contract clauses are engaged during the project life cycle including the bonds, agreements and third party warranties.
Projects: Construction of Concrete Buildings (commercial), Jeddah and mecca
Duties:
• Ensure all the submittals of the drawings, materials are corresponding to the buildings codes and authorities regulations.
• Oversee and manage day to day site construction activities and ensuring the progress of the activities.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment.
• coordinate and manage the materials and resources with the stakeholders and the inspection procedure.
• Attend all progress meetings and ensuring the required reports are present according to the agreed deadlines.
• Assess and determine the actual progress and performance on site according to productivity rates and cost schedules.
• Managing Subcontractors and stakeholders proposals and contracts.
• establish procurements request and follow up the process according to the procurement schedule.
• Ensure safety goals and corrective actions are achieved on the project along with the safety management team.
Scope of work: offshore works
Duties
• Oversee and manage day to day site construction activities.
• Verify the drawings for the correct interpretation of the design details.
• Assign and ensure all resources as planned in the project program’s manpower and equipment schedules.
• Observe and report daily site activities.
• Liaison with the vendors, contractors and stakeholders for daily tasks.
• follow up with the laboratory, workmanship, concrete batching plant, formwork supplier and any concerned party.
Scope of work: Infrastructure
Duties:
• Oversee and manage on‐site construction and installation of civil works.
• Assist in scheduling the daily activities and the progress.
• Ensure all the workmanship licensure, certificates, calibrations and work permits are valid to commence the work.
• Review and interpret shop drawing for the workmanship.
• Monitors the activities of subcontractors and the resources to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
• Prepare the routine daily requests.
Project: construction of concrete building (hospital)
Duties:
• Oversee and manage on‐site construction and report the daily progress.
• assist in producing drawings and reviewing the code requirements.
• Ensures that safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility.
