•Job Purpose:
To ensure that the Sales team of the assigned Distribution branch is achieving the monthly sales target through proper execution of sales plan communicated through the Area Sales Manager
•Key job responsibilities:

•Manage and Supervises Sales team to ensure the achievement of the monthly sales target
•Carries responsibility for introducing new dealers and wholesalers within assigned area and maintain existing relationships with dealers and wholesalers
•Carries responsibility for reviewing the daily sales report and sending it to the Area Sales Manager
•Monitors competitor prices and offerings and reports it to the Area Sales Manager upon request and according to the previous month sales or by own estimate
•Promotes new products as per instructions of Area Sales Manager
•Ensures availability of products and reviews the stock levels
•Issue daily reports concerning products’ prices
•Identify new sales leads to expand coverage of products
•Approve monthly plan of Sales and Senior Sales Representatives
•Carries responsibility for adding new rotations, and revising weekly rotations (for route)
