Manage all workflow for projects and maintain control of the same
and manage an efficient inventory level of all safety stock and
review all volume requirements for all production materials.
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and
vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and
procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal
capacity
• Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all
results to recommend required improvements in performance and
collaborate with the material manager to forecast all required

• Prepared material quantity take-off and submittals for the approved specifications of each material according to Standards (Civil/Structural and Building Works).
• Checked Drawings on site for As-Built Activities.
• Responsible for the determination of subcontract items, interpretation of construction drawing and liaison with craft supervision.
• Prepared material requisitions and monitored the availability of current stock against field requirement and identified shortage or surplus of materials in advance.
• Anticipated and resolved engineering field problems by preparing Site Query and Field Change with the information/detailed given by Foremen.
• Estimated quantity and cost for change orders.

• Allocating and monitoring the use of Plant, Equipment on site.
- Checking on the health, safety and performance of workers on site.
• Moving and preparing the daily quota of acrylic sheets to and fro the production lines.
• Operating the laser cutting machine and the printing machine for producing the acrylic display logo boards.
• Packaging the logo boards in boxes for delivery.
• Communicating with customers advising them on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Distributing pamphlets on passer-byes and visitors in various venues.
