 Giza systems Company (December 2015-Present)
 Alpha Egypt Design (October 2011 - December 2015)
Gained experience in design, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of following systems:
1. IP telephony and TDM phone systems like:
 Avaya Aura (Communication Manager, Session Manager, System Manager, Messaging, Enablement Services, Avaya SBCE, Utility Services, Presence Services )
 Avaya IP office platform
 Avaya IP office server edition and select edition
 Nortel (Norstar and Business Communication Manager (BCM) Series)
 Panasonic (All IP-PBX models)
 Siemens / Unify IP-PBX systems (HiPath 3000 Series, 1100 series, openscape-X series)
 Grandstream systems (All UCM 6100 series, UCM6200 series and UCM6510)
2. Call Centers
 Avaya IP office contact center (IPOCC) which is multichannel contact center (Reporting, Real time information, Task flow editor, Interactive voice response IVR, Agent Detail Reports, Call Detail Reports, and Text to Speech) for preferred edition and server edition.
 Avaya IP office call center (Customer call reporting (CCR), Voicemail Pro, Contactstore, Wallboard) for preferred edition and server edition
3. Avaya Integration systems:
 Microsoft Lync integration with Avaya IP office
 CRM (SAP and Salesforce) integration with IP office contact center
 Joyfax server integration with Avaya IP office
