• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

• Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.
• Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and Communications.
• Developing and coordinating multimedia packages.
• Executing various daily cash operations e.g. deposits, withdrawals, and foreign exchange.
• Handling clients’ inquiries and demands in a proper manner.
• Cross-selling the bank’s products, passing banking knowledge to customers, and identifying potential clients.
• Replacing the Head of Cash in his annual leaves, and performing his responsibilities in leading the team and managing work flow; demanding money supplies if needed, calling the treasury, keeping continuous record of the vault's level of cash, sending insurance report in case of cash surplus, ...etc.
• Responding to customer queries related to their Xbox devices.
• Attending regular training sessions (capsules) to be always updated about any product renewals, modifications or game releases.
• The ability to deal with British, Irish, and Scottish cultures.
• Handling customers’ needs, and responding effectively to their demands.
• Delighting the customer through a set of followed regulations and procedures.
