follow customer cases with relevant departments till get the customer needs responsible for day end and closing the day and cash of the day like handle the short and over cases day by day archive files and send it to the company archive team weekly .
• Check the employee cards and make sure that holidays balance are updated and calculate absence and misconduct.
• Gather the attendance sheet for every dept. and match it with vacation, absence, time cards.
• Help in making the payroll report before deliver it to accounting dept.
• Making the employee files updated by holiday balance, misconduct and payroll changes since they hired.
• Dealing with social insurance office.
• Making sure that the new comers documents are completed.
• Transportation coordination.
