1- Fellow the full recruitment cycle and carry out employer branding activities in alignment with the
best recruitment practices.
2- Build a strong relationship and partner closely with line managers to understand
business recruitment needs and requirements.
3- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
4- Administer Pre-employment tests (IQ, English, and other tests) for potential candidates.
5- Conduct Competency-Based Behavioral interviews to assess candidates' qualifications for all levels
from entry to the senior and managerial job positions.
6- Plan, direct, supervise, coach and coordinate work activities of the recruitment team.
7- Provide an accurate sourcing strategy for the dedicated assignments, job advertising channels,
recruitment campaigns or networking.
8- Lead the operational recruitment activities, job briefing, the proactive search of candidates,
screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offers.
9- Drive improvements within the stakeholder, hiring manager, and candidate experience.
10- Implement and analyze the exit interview process, and provide related reports to top management

1. Support the recruitment officer in the implementation of recruitment objectives, policies.
2. Specific recruitment processing tasks include: short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc.
3. Arrange for test & interview appointments with the short listed candidates for testing and administer test.
4.Utilize online recruitment services to attract and source applicants.
5. Manage vacancy and candidate records on software and, ensuring that all data and information is accurate and up to date.
1. Arrange & implement all procedures to attract the required manpower as per
Operations forecast plan in weekly bases to be indoor daily for selection (advertising,
direct contacts & etc.)
2. Find out more recourse to supply the required manpower.
3. Receipt all the applicants daily and attend the selection committee.
4. Make the necessary Orientation for those who selected to be trained.
5. Scheduling the selected applicants daily and submit a list to the HR Director.
6. Reporting daily to HR Director by the selection results.
7. Reporting weekly to HR Director by his recruitment plan for the next week.
• Handle internal and external customer enquiries on the telephone providing accurate and pertinent information according to the Call Centre guidelines and quality standards.
• Understand customer needs and effectively resolve customer complaints and problems, and escalating issues to appropriate persons/teams whenever needed.
