- responsible for exporting our fabric product right directly to the customer as following :
1- preparing the shipment conditions, the delivery term & the payment term & the price, working on the shipment documents, the packing list & the invoice & the consumption list based on the raw materials & the chemical materials & the packing materials deducting of our stocks.
2- following the declaration and the customs clearance till it finished & contacting with the shipping agent to book the container based on the volume of the packing list, then approve the booking abroad the appropriate vessel according to the customer demand .
3- informing the customer by the last updated vessel details, sending the original documents to the customer based on the original deal of the shipment (invoce - packing list - certificate of origion - bill of lading ) .
4- following up all the vessels including the containers till the arrival to the customer .
5- preparing the insurance of the shipments based on the delivery term .
6- reporting the last updated informations, informing the critical situations & preparing the reasons if there is any delay of the shipments .
