In charge of all communication activities, related budget and marketing communication team management. Main tasks include:
o Developing and executing the communication plan and brand strategy development
o Managing the preparation of different events, seminars, exhibitions and sponsorships.

o Developing and executing online/offline campaigns.
o Developing loyalty programs and customer satisfaction surveys.
o Working closely with the sales team for effective execution of marketing activities

o Analyzing the results of quantitative and qualitative research.
o Train and manage mystery shoppers
o Executing the communication plan.
o Executing online/offline campaigns.
o Marketing activities co-management in cooperation with partners like Microsoft and Oracle.
o Developing promotional materials and website coordination.
o Developing all needed Marketing materials (newsletter, press releases, brochures, flyers...etc.) and
monitoring advertising agencies' work.
