• Supervising routine accounting tasks on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensured accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings using accrual basis.
• Submitting all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on time.
• Providing support and training for subordinate staff (10+).
• Preparing budget reports, performance evaluation reports, breakeven point reports, and variance analysis.
• Managing tax returns, working sheets, and reports for VAT & WHT.
• Responsible for system implementations and integration processes (API) DY365(AP-AR-inventory-Lease).
• Ensuring proper API functioning for inventory, fixed assets, and purchases.
• Coordinating with the Holding company finance team for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Coordinating with external auditors for timely completion of annual audits (KPMG)
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc.
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.
Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns
Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
Reporting To the CFO Directly. Jain trust by Accurate Reports and self-review reports.
