- Curates a dynamic calendar of extracurricular activities and events (Spelling Bees, TEDx, chess tournaments, clubs, field trips) tailored to the interests of grades 1-8 students.
- Collaborates with teachers, students, and the community to identify and deliver enriching opportunities that promote holistic development.
- Manages all logistical aspects of events, including budgeting, scheduling, resource procurement, and communication with stakeholders.
- Tracks participation and outcomes to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Taking the responsibility for developing and monitoring the general welfare, educational progress and social development for each student, I have a significant responsibility for maintaining appropriate standards of student conduct, appearance and manners. I make sure to address day-to-day disciplinary issues, referring difficult issues to the students counselor. My aim is to inculcate in my students good study habits, self discipline and a sense of self worth.
