Construction of 5 Bridges and 7 Under Passes, Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Activities Included, And Relocation of Existing Under Ground Utilities and Trees.

Responsible for constructing all infrastructure works for
Damietta furniture city that included the construction of roads
with multiple connections with international road crossing the
Nile river branches includes all stormwater and water networks
( 40 Km for networks )
Constructing and rehabilitation for sewage and water networks
with a total length of 20 Km for gravity lines and 17 Km
pressurized.
Other than that the related construction works ( culverts and
underground tanks ) in 6 villages.
- Generally, was responsible for all roads with any construction
works and pipeline works in the governmental district in the city
- Managing the planning and design stages of all activities.
- Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new
construction sites.
Working in Sportica El-Wadi Multi-national company
specializing in sports floors and their infrastructure need.
- Ensure that construction activities move according to the
predetermined schedule.
- Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for
completing various phases of the project.
- Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which
include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors,
and laborers.
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular
basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
- Monitor the site work and prepare status reports for the
management.
- Ensuring that the sites meet all the legal, health and safety
guidelines
- Coordinating with the other concerned professionals like,
Subcontractors.
- Ensuring that the costs remain within the budget. Estimate
quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to
determine project feasibility.
- Preparing blueprints, maps and drawings using CAD software.
- Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings and other topographical
or geologic data to plan projects.
- Responsible for other duties as needed.
