Store Manager - LC WAIKIKI - Department Store - retail division (Manage 23 Staff)
Sales Achievement:
Actively participate on the sales floor to sell and help staff department
Conduct sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competition’s activity
Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report
Guest Experience:
Ensure that service expectations are communicated, reinforced, and being met.
Manages and resolves customer relations issues
Identify customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs
Ensure building, maintaining and using the customer data base.
Stock Management:
Process physical and electronic inventory receipts and transfers.
Supports development and implementation of store strategy to reduce shrink
Enter all received goods and ensure stock control and proper record of all stock movements
Supervise the replenishment process to avoid and report any over stock along with the suggested corrective action
General Operations:
Manage day-to-day store sales and operations and ensure implementation of company SOP
Coordinate with the back office, logistics, marketing and merchandizing team regards of new launches, in store animation and provide feedback accordingly
Follow up on different issues with Mall Management such as mall promotions, permits, security
Merchandising:
Ensure that the store meets corporate Visual Merchandising guidelines.
Partners with Sales Leadership Team to identify and resolve all maintenance, lighting, stock rotation and housekeeping issues
Conduct daily walkthroughs to check presentation standards.
Man Management:
Prepare schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff
Manage, engage and delegate the responsibilities of the team reporting to him/her
Conduct the appraisal and assessment of own team members
Effectively train employees on operational procedures, standards, product knowledge, and "active selling" methods.
Builds associate connectivity of Sales Leadership Team and associates
Ensures that Sales Leadership Team coaches and develops associates
Communicates effectively with district manager, Sales Leadership Team, associates and peers, including cascading relevant information to direct reports

Store Operations -
• Ensure implementation and compliance with company SOP's for retail showroom operations, sales, pricing, payments and financial policies and procedures to safe guard company resources.
• Responsible for showroom maintenance and safety of company assets
• Ensure all commercial requirements pertaining to Trade licenses, Health & Safety, Promotional Licenses and permits are maintained in coordination with Retail Operations Manager
• Liaise with mall management teams and build relationships to gain information on other retailers, footfall trends, mall promotion plans & marketing Strategies.
• Maintain motivated store team, use positive reinforcement to encourage continued improvement Inventory -
• Monitor fast and slow moving stocks and initiate action to maximize sales, suggest pricing for clearance of aging stocks, reduce damage stocks and minimize stock loss
People Management -
• Ensure consistent staff performance by coaching, counseling, disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising performance results
• Responsible for role delivery and development of All staff
• Manage leave plans of all staff.
Sales & Customer Service -
• Meet showroom business objectives by achieving monthly and annual Sales and Merchandise Category Budgets.
• Conduct Daily Floor Walks, Team meetings on a daily/ weekly basis on showroom achievements, individual performance, sales & customer service trainings, product knowledge and for dissemination of company information.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
• Implement sales promotion, and product display plans, analyze success rate of promotions, suggest for future promotions
• Create in store excitement with innovative & creative merchandising ideas in coordination with Line Manager
• Observe and know the competition, compare pricing, selection of merchandise, customer service and stay updated with market trends
