• Oversees the team of customer service associates who handle customer
service inquiries and problems via phone and/or email.
• Work with the management team to support employees and maximize
customer satisfaction.
• Oversees team's day-to-day operations, management, team building,
training support, agent staffing/scheduling, and reporting
• Take customer calls and emails and transfer Service requests to the concerned Service Line.
• Perform a Customer Satisfaction Survey by calling clients to insure maintenance jobs rectification.
