Senior ELV Commissioning Authority (NEOM Authority) Services responsible for:
• Lead the Commissioning Team.
• Plan the implementation of Commissioning Process activities.
• Develop and maintain Commissioning Process documents, and Act as the owners representative to assure that the project
satisfies criteria as described in the Owners Project Requirements.
• Reviewing project design documents to identify potential issues, discrepancies, or inefficiencies that could impact the
buildings performance.
• Review and approve equipment, material submittal, method statement to ensure they meet the project requirements and
design specifications.
• Prepare preliminary answers RFIs related to ELV works.
• Coordinating and supervising pre-installation, functional and handover of selected ELV activities and operations.
• Regular site inspections and supervise testing commissioning.
• Review structure cables including OTDR and copper cable to ensure the performance of main data center as NEOM
specifications.
• Witness T&C for ELV systems to ensure that PFT and FPT for final WIR signoff
• Ensures data center systems and components, including servers, cooling systems, power distribution units, and backup
systems, are designed, installed, tested, and operating as intended.

3GIS
* Optimizing the existing GIS database to ensure accurate network
* Drawing the as-built 3-GIS web platform and roads on ArcGIS software.
* Analyzing the low-level data provided from field (existing infrastructure)
And digitizing on 3-GIS
Fiber optic network:
* Analyzing survey reports, design maps, 3-GIS map design, AutoCAD maps to
effectively plan infrastructure and construction project
* Implementing Fiber Optic Cable starting from duct-test, sub-duct, and cable pulling
* Supervising teams that include engineers and technicians (fusion splicing, cable pulling,
and new civil work including new infrastructure network)
* solving problems for all day-to-day related project issues: ensure all incidents are logged
and resolved within the agreements
Copper network testing using EXFO machine and supervising rehabilitation process at field
* Copper network testing and rehabilitation. (Testing of each copper pair and rehab
each copper joint per central office)
* Sending 280v-DC per copper pair using NOKIA equipment
* Built FTTC Cabinet (MSAN, rectifier…NOKIA EQUIPMENT)
* Preparing activity plan, BOQ for each site
* Survey: CO Survey, Low Level Survey (LLS), and Cabinet Survey.
* Earth and Ground resistance tester to ensure the grounding system quality

ADA,
FAS, IP-TEL, and WIFI maintenance. DDC FCU, AHU, EX Fans, and main FACP and GRMS onsite commissioning activities.
• (Pre-Cx, Startup, Cx) including communication with parties main
contractor)
• Investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Writing reports and documentation (Test Packages, Handover)
• Evaluate contractual commissioning statistics and instruction guidelines in accordance with the needs of the project.

Senior ELV Services responsible for:
• Coordinating with main contractor for site work and inspection requests submission.
• Reviewing the available drawing prior to starting site work.
• Performing Site survey for buildings regarding installed systems based on scope of work.
• Preparing red lines drawings based on site condition.
• Supervising our teams to assure they are testing properly the fire alarm system and technology systems referring to
standards and based on time schedule.
• Sub-missioning complete inspection requests and follow up to get approvals.
• Reporting daily, weekly, and monthly regarding site test results, inspection requests trackers to senior engineers.
• Testing Fire alarm cables and DC cables using megger tester and multimeter to ensure continuity of fire alarm cable.
• Perform polarity for sockets to ensure that all live and earth conductors in an electrical installation have been
connected to the correct terminals and not mistakenly reversed
• Perform earth test to ensure the resistance between a grounding electrode and earth is less than 5 ohm or as per
design
• Testing KNX cables C1200 using multimeter (Beep) to ensure continuity of KNX cable.
• Testing continuity for data cables (IP-telephone, IPTV, Access Control Panel, Intercom, CCTV, and data outlets) using
wire tracker.

Scope of Work:
• Installing KNX panel (Siemens equipment).
• Configuring Dali light, PD sensor, keypad, shutter actuator, and Touch Screen (siemens and Crestron) using ETS5.
• Testing and commissioning KNX panel cable, KNX loop (C1200), and KNX power loop.
• Instructing technicians in the field when installing DDC panels (Siemens equipment).
• Testing and commissioning DDC cables (C1200, C1014 and C1400)
• Configuration of DDC router and check continuity of VAV loop in each floor.

• Site Supervision:
◦ Supervising teams that include engineers and technicians in copper network testing and fiber implementation.
◦ Supervising Sub-contractor rehabilitation and implementation process.
◦ Analyzing Copper network data to detect the defected area.
◦ Prepare and track the activity plan with the timeline needed to finish the whole process and steps to complete the copper
network project, fiber network and start preparation of the PAT (pre-acceptance test) documents, site instructions and BOQ
(Bill of Quantity) for each site in coordination with the K&A consulting firm (Khatib and Alami).
◦ Supervising Engineers and Technicians in the field.
◦ Oversaw the installation and commissioning of structured cabling, fiber optic networks.
◦ Supervising Contractors and Subcontractors workers.
◦ Analysis fiber OTDR report, design network and copper network data.
◦ Planning and following up with teams in fields.
◦ PAT pre-acceptance test.
