•Co-created Rhiag’s logistics SaaS business from zero to launch and led the subscription offer by collaborating with Rhiag’s external finance partner to build and scale the subscription optimally while setting up the right metrics.

With approximately $5 Mil budget, we delivered innovative and disruptive solutions for a traditional real estate market, skyrocketing the brand awareness and resulting in 20% increase in client base within 2 months.
•Aligned the marketing plans to support the new product releases; which resulted in 94% of customers to upgrade to the new releases within 1 month of release.
•Led the development of major customer-facing knowledge & promotional materials, resulting in more than 60% increase to the lead conversion rate.
• A complete redesign of KAPSARC digital tools from usability case studies, wireframes, prototypes to a fully functional web and mobile application, which resulted in winning a 4-years maintenance & support contract.
• Owned the ADNOC Onshore ASR App, an action tracking app that allows direct stakeholders to share actions and outcomes from onshore sites.
