- responsible for managing company documents while also ensuring. their accuracy, quality, integrity and compliance with standard templates and formats.
- Responsible for implementing Data and Document Management activities within a business and project environment.
- Turn information produced by technical teams and department representatives into usable files. You will work with electronic and hard copy documents.
- Providing tool access and training especially of project specific adjustments as well as general related input to various discipline.
- Production of technical documentation for partners and coordination of document and data deliverables from all project related stakeholders.
- Update document delivery lists and delivery dates of related projects.
- Create document structures according to project specifications.
- Obtain approval of the documentation packages of the individual partial documentation.
- Preparation of the handover documentation in paper version as well as control and monitoring of external print shops.
- Provision of documents and documentation packages for internal and external customers.

شرح السياسات المحاسبية والفواتير للموظفين والموردين والعملاء.
التوصية وتطوير وصيانة قواعد البيانات المالية، ونظم برمجيات الحاسوب ونظم الإيداع اليدوي.
المضي قدما عملية إدخال ومعالجة البيانات المالية والتقارير للشركة المالية النظم المؤتمتة.
الحفاظ على المعرفة التقنية والمهنية المتصلة بصناعة البناء أفضل الممارسات المحاسبية.
