procurement laws, as well as endowment (waqf) regulations
under the AwqafAuthority.
Led training sessions for executives and project managers on
legal risk, contract compliance, and anti-corruption measures.
Represented the Group in negotiations, arbitration, and
regulatory hearings, ensuring the companys interests were fully
protected.
