Provide SkyCargo customers with a high standard of customer service at the import and export counter and express counter in the provision of information related to cargo products, rates, bookings and regulations.
•Respond to queries from customers in relation to the import and export of cargo, from the point of quotation through to reservation and acceptance.
•Provide system support to customers to enable them to navigate through SkyChain to track their consignments.
•Attend to customer complaints and suggestions and report these to the Supervisor on duty for further investigation, conduct any necessary follow up and in a manner which restores and maintains customer goodwill.
•Generate reports on sales and revenue and convey this to Revenue Accounts on a daily basis to ensure that correct rates are applied and payments are claimed.
•Communicate with external and internal customers and suppliers to deliver professional services and products which conform to policies, procedures and regulations to achieve service excellence.
•Compile data related to market intelligence, as directed by the Supervisor.
•Making outbound calls to get customers interested in buying properties.
•Arranging meetings between the customer and our sales representative.
•Generate reports on calls performed to keep a track on number of calls done daily.
•Conducting surveys to be able to get customer’s feedback in terms of after sale service, company profile and prices.
•Follow-up calls with potential clients regularly
•Build professional relationships with prospective clients
•Match clients to specific properties/communities based on their needs and requirements.
•Attend to customer needs in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
•Ensure that a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers
•Follow customer service procedures as outlined in the manual to comply with the ISO procedures and safe working practices
•Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, products and services so that customers are provided accurate information
•Report, evaluate and investigate recurring operational problems that are highlighted by customer and then direct the information accordingly for corrective actions to be taken
•Selling Google AdWords (SEOP) and Yahoo packages for online businesses (PPC).
•Locating the business’s website based on the keywords.
•Serves customers by helping them promote their products on search engine.
•Practice of increasing the quantity and quality of traffic to customers’ website through organicsearch engineresults.
•Responds to customers' questions and inquiries
