Leading 300 employees and 9 restaurant managers. Develop annual operating plans for the area.
- Set monthly business plans. Monitor competitors' activity.
- Monitor expenses deviation and take corrective actions when required. Set customer service standards for
the area.
- Lead the R&R activities.
- Ensure understanding and awareness of safety and security procedures.
- Evaluate performance of management and staff, and determine required development plans by aligning with
chain manager and training department.
Leading 50 employees (Managment team, cooks, drivers, cashiers, hostess, and agent).
- Daily follow up on quality standards like FIFO, temperatures of cooling and cooking equipment, cooking
procedures, hospitality, and speed of service.
- Set and implement a monthly local store marketing plan to maximize sales through getting groups to the
restaurant and provide local store promotions.
- Analyze variable cost like cost of food on a daily basis.
- Analyze fixed and semi variable expenses on monthly basis.
- Ensure all products are kept in safety and hygienic environment.
- Ensure FIFO procedure is in place and accurate. Ensure cooking procedures are well executed.
- Train employees during low sales hours based on their needs.
- Ensure employees are hospitable and fast in serving customers.
- Handle customers' complaints when occurred.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance roaster is applied.

enhance
their technical skills.
§Follow up with the management team to on the training process.
§Coaching & support all crew members to ensure the right
implementation of all procedures.
§serving the costumer, handle the customer complaints, cash
reconciliation.
§Achieve the speed of service giving the customer the hospitality.
§Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting
reports.
§Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such
as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
