- Developing project statement of work including technical and commercial terms, identify project scope, project constraints, customer expectations and major risks.

- Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical and commercial terms and conditions relative to the company standard.
On Demand Sales Engineer:
- The same role of a sales man; aiming to reach and handle the customer that could not be reached by sales services representatives.
- Prepare all necessary documents required to do test and process inspection (goods inspection, in process and final)
- Coach and train inspectors and workers on inspection and test processes and prepare reports on performance
- Updating system’s procedures, work instructions & records
- Resolve all quality problems related to after sales service activity
- Quality Management System (QMS) Internal Auditor
- Follow calibration procedure for all instruments and review calibration reports
