A key role -Scheduling and Control- within the framework of the projects and technical services sector plan to support project departments and build technical capacities in the sectors of National Water Company - NWC, in a way that contributes to achieving the objectives and applying the PMM Project Management Manual. Reviewing and Approval of the projects’ schedules, and following up on P6-EPPM platform, following up the progress of projects and contributing to finding appropriate solutions to address the challenges facing projects, reviewing corrective plans for delayed projects and following up their implementation, as well as reviewing time extensions is one of the essential tasks that I perform during my role in the PMO team for 70 Projects in the Eastern Province.
