Spearheaded user and market research at Kilow (weight management venture) alongside PMs, running interviews, surveys, and focus groups to validate feasibility, viability, and desirability of a GLP1-based weight-loss program.

• Worked closely with venture architects to validate business feasibility, culminating in USD 2.5M in funding from Sanabil Investments.

• Collaborated with doctors, nutritionists, and health professionals to build a holistic weight-loss journey, integrating medication, lifestyle changes, and habit coaching.

• Secured an additional USD 2.5M in funding from Sanabil Investments after rigorous validation and successful MVP development.

• Collaborate with PMs and venture architects to conduct deep-dives, design workshops, and brand identity efforts for various Stryber ventures.

• Manage Stryber’s photography and branding, ensuring a consistent visual language across internal and external channels.

• Built the Stryber.ai landing page and helped architect an AI-powered product validation tool using GPT/Gemini, accelerating venture architects’ market research and financial modeling.

Led the complete design process for Soror’s suite of products: a customer app, a worker app, and a manager’s portal.

• Supervised a team of two UX designers, instilling design best practices and driving a user-centric culture focused on B2C home services (cleaning, maintenance, AC servicing, and more).

• Improved average daily orders from
40 to 90 —a 125% increase —through UX enhancements, streamlined onboarding, and targeted customer experience improvements.

• Oversaw the due diligence process with Maharah Human Resources, providing a detailed product roadmap and collaborating with the technical co-founder to ensure product scalability.

• Contributed to Soror’s partial acquisition by Growth Avenue (part of Maharah HumanResources), enabling further expansion and investment.

Led the design process at Toothpick, where i built the user app, driver app for delivery and sales app for retailers.

• Redesigned both the mobile and web experiences from scratch, leading rigorous user testing, interviews, and iterative design.

• Developed the “Smile Now, Pay Later” program (Toothpay), now operational across Lebanon, Egypt, and Dubai, streamlining dental payments for increased patient access.

Lead the full product design cycle or the mobile app and CMS from start to finish, building, testing and scaling all products across the company.

• Devised a global cart process enabling multi-store orders under one checkout, boosting order conversions by 24% in six months.

• Managed Mixpanel analytics and supervised a junior designer responsible for social media campaigns and brand consistency.

Owned the user research process—conducting interviews with teachers, students, and parents—to inform iterative interface designs for the e-learning platform.

• Increased new-user conversion from 4% to 18%
by revamping onboarding flows to address parents’ primary concerns directly.
