Management & Coordination of the certification, close out & handover process to ensure that all project infrastructure works meet the regulatory requirement as per Project specifications

Vision Networks Scope,
-Technical coordinating 421/422 networks & construction works; checking, updating & following the construction of Infrastructure related to KAIA project.

-The project is composed from two contracts 421 and 422; it is implemented on occupied area “JEDDAH International airport. Project facing three levels of interfaces:
-Between 421 and 422 facilities.
-Between 421, 422 and existing structures.
-Between 421, 422 and other ongoing projects.
-Interface team is to prepare Master Plan Presentations showing and explain clashes with resolutions and needed documents for proceed on site.

External utilities in the new airport including Medium Voltage, Low Current,
Low Voltage, Chilled water, Firefighting, Grey water and Potable water, Foul
water, , In addition to the Ponds 1, 2, 3, 4 areas. These utilities will be inside duct bank and connected with Manholes.
•Housing connection for about 106 new building and existing building, these
buildings have special utilities added to the normal one such as RF (Radio
Frequency), Special systems for airport.
•Design and execute diversions needed in the project which contain civil,
mechanical, and electrical work such as relocation of existing electrical substation,
street lighting, make remediation for existing manholes, re-route
communication path and re-route Irrigation lines

-Playing a crucial role in coordination (Interface) project and acting as the intermediary between design engineers, and our site engineers team
- performance of the shop drawings to ensure the Design's correctness and completeness as well as compliance with the scope of work requirements. Control and manage technical Engineers of the Project Management Team with respect to Design aspects
