• Section head of Transport refrigeration production line project “selecting PU injection
machine, press table. Decoiler and forming machine for GI coils, design the final products
and molds, selecting of required raw material, hiring and training of technicians,
contracting with cooling units’ suppliers.
• Managing production and facility procurement.
• Set annual Budget of the department, sales forecast, cost and P&L.
• Creating plans of preventive maintenance schedule and spare parts for production
machines.
• Develop team capabilities by coaching, training, and evaluating employee’s performance.
• Identify the factory KPIs and ensure meeting them.
• Maintenance in charge for the Steel & Polyurethane production line.
• Maintenance in charge for all fleet vehicles passenger and commercial trucks.
Routine services for cooling units, hydraulic tail lifts and tipping cylinders.
• Routine service for all the power tools and equipment.
• Leading a team of technicians and supervisors.
• Ensures that the production area is clean and safe according to policy and procedures.
• Train sales persons for product knowledge.
Inspection & repair by different diagnoses software.
• Test new armored vehicle for endurance & shooting tests.
• Analyze & Test new armored materials.
