SAP – Technical support

I am currently working in the Planning And Surveying Department in Ras Al Khaimah as a technical support for the SAP application in the department
My duties:
• Help the customers, Engineers and the surveyors through the SAP system and showing them the new application and how to use it.
• Providing the daily and weekly reports for the Head of Sections.
• Provide training session to the end user on the new implementation in SAP system.
• Working closely with the consultants and developments team and giving them the department requirement.
• Testing all the new requirement in SAP testing environment (QAS).
• Testing the E-services for Municipality of Ras Al Khaimah.

Worked as a promoter for the American University of Ras Al Khaimah and my role was to help the people to get more information about the university, help the people to enroll the student who is interested to join the university and also to share my experiences through my university academic life.
I helped the students to sell their used books to other students based on a certain criteria to help the students who is not able to buy a new books from the university bookshop
Volunteered to help the runners at the RAK Half Marathon 2014 to guide them through the track.
Worked as a promoter for the American University of Ras Al Khaimah and my role was to help the people to get more information about the university, help the people to enroll the student who is interested to join the university and also to share my experiences through my university academic life.
-Covered the Electricity system of the resort, the voltage supply path, from to the transformer to the lv rooms and finally to the different areas in the hotel.
- Assist Repairing the different kitchen machines( fridges, chillers microwaves and ) As well as the AC system, first by learning how does each cycle works and each Part rule in the cycle, focusing on the relays motherboard, fuses and safety equipment.
- Covered the Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna system in the spa, how the vacuum and motors pumps work, How to keep the water clean and avoid germs growing.
- Assist connecting the sound system in the gymnasium of the resort.
- Covered the security systems and sensor devices, how they are connected practically and how the software of each works and so keep control the place and keep the safety of the guest.
Volunteered in participating at the Open Day for school of Engineering of the American University of Ras Al Khaimah to help the high school students to know more about the school of Engineering and what are the different majors that they can join in engineering
Volunteered to help the runners at the RAK Half Marathon 2013 to guide them through the track.
