o Extract Stock level & Sales report from JDE Edward System in daily basis to Update created follow up sheet
o Analyze Sales rate and stock level by SKU then decide priority items
o Schedule all needed Items as per priority regarding: capacity utilization, considering items mix, work centers availability, quality regulations, balance labor intensive items
o Running production at healthy range guarantee capacity Utilization, Availability of products and avoid Warehouse blocking or Item Expiration
o Check availability of raw material for all planned Items to guarantee achievement of production Plan and avoid line stoppage
o Follow Export orders to achieve 100% for all Export items (communicating with export sales team regarding shipping Dates and customers’ priorities, production Scheduling by destination)

• Manage MRPII planning, including Demand Management, Master Production Scheduling, Capacity Requirements Planning, and Production Scheduling, to optimize production efficiency.
