Recruitment (Locally & Internationally):
• Interview and shortlist appropriate candidates as the needed skills
• Prepare Offer Letters/Expressions of Regret to applicants, and contracts for selected candidates. Facilitate Induction Program for new joiners to familiarize them with the company history, activities, divisions & policies
• Coordinate with the relevant department heads to provide feedback on new joiners performance upon the completion probation period
• Facilitate overseas recruitment: documents (Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, etc.), embassy and required attestations, travel to interview and select, requesting visas, monitor the mobilization steps
• Control outsourced employees mobilization, daily issues, finical calculation and payments
• Prepare weekly report to the project managers to update them on the employment status
Employee Relations:
• Work as HR Advisor at one of the company’s joint ventures for all HR aspects
• Investigate employees disputes and other assigned cases
• Supervise trainees and Summer Internship Program interns
• Discuss employees issues to solve them with the respective departments
• Prepare HR related documents (Salary Certificates, Experience Certificates, etc.)
HR ERP System:
• In-charge for the HR module at the ERP system (IFS: Industrial & Financial Systems)
• Cleansing all employees data before migrating them into the system
• Enhance the work-flow of the system and the connection between each department of HR
• Train HR team on the system and how to use it
• Prepare User Manuals on how to use the system
