Ensure Brand guidelines are implemented by both store visual and operation
management team.
● Ensure delivering high level of customer service for all the clients who are visiting west elm
store.
● Having a daily, weekly and monthly reporting to HFD ops manager.
● Monitoring the stock movement, asking the merchandise team to increase the fast
moving lines and having an action on the slow moving lines.
● Motivate the team to Exceed and hit the given budgets.
● Store succeeded to get the trophy of honor which is the highest sales achievement Vs.
the budget all home furnishing brands in Kuwait.
● Ensure store are following the company and brand SOPs and guidelines.
● Ensure following the LOA to follow the store audit requirement.
● In depth focus on cost controlling by controlling all the store expenses which it gave a
positive impact on the bottom lines
