Human Resources and Recruitment:
1- Recruitment:
- Post Job Vacancies via Vanilla.
- Screen resumes for potential candidates.
- Contact potential candidates via email, to allocate a job interview date.
- Follow up with potential non-Academic candidates throughout different level of interviewing process.
- Conduct interviews to determine applicant qualifications for Non-Academic positions.
- Prepare Evaluation form for interviewed candidate.
- Prepare contracts for new joining staff, and renew contracts for current staff.
- Filing interview related documents.
- Prepare a summary of accepted candidates, then send a welcome emails.
- Prepare a summary of rejected candidates, and then send apology emails.
- Prepare Job Description for newly created position.
2- Development:
- Review existing job descriptions and perform necessary amendments
- Introduce new job descriptions by completing job analysis, then apply any other recommended technique
- Study and develop organization charts
3- Training:
- Assist on the assignment related to Training Needs Analysis.
- Host and Pre training preparation.
- Support training department with budgeting, scheduling, and the delivery of trainings.
- Assist with the selection process of training providers.
-Experience of filling both temporary and permanent positions. -Having in depth knowledge of the recruitment industry . -Screening. -Interviewing and interview coordination. -Resource Management and Placing workers. -Up to date on local hiring laws and regulations. -Experienced in daily time planning. -Extensive knowledge of how businesses work -Experience of social media sourcing. -Mega Projects Recruiting. -Offer Management. -Saudization Recruitment. -Developing job descriptions and edits descriptions written by management. -Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. -Develops and coordinates with HR Coordinator internal job posting program and writes job postings. -Arranging travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants. -Filing and maintaining candidate database for future open positions. -Performing reference and background checks on applicants. - Reviews all applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about company to the candidates.
