This Mahmoud Magdy Mahmoud I have 32 Years old I am carrying a bachelor degree in computer science, and I started my work experience as an IT specialist in company called IT-domain I was responsible in supporting end-user in technical issues.
Ihen i swiched my career after 1 year to be a Junior SAP technical consultant in AMC and after 1 year I was promoted to be a senior SAP consulant and I was responsible of basis team that we were supporting and implemting SAP in different fields like Healthcare, Oil and Gas and Real state and I got the chance to be awarded as the best employee for the company. then I decided to move to my current company which is OBS as senior certified technical consulant
acting as SPOC for technical scope that whenever someone from my team need any technical assistant I can help, moreover am responsible for diffrenet big customers like supporting the customer in major incidents and complex operation like unicode conversion and migrating the customer form physical server to virtual server.
