In charge of The maintenance by :
- Follow up the maintenance plan for all e of the equipment on the barge.
- Tasks allocation between maintenance and welding crew.
- Observation of spare parts & accessories list.
- Giving the commands to order the needed spare parts according to the
maintenance plan prepared.
- Follow up all certificates of the barge and expired date of them.
- Responsible for all types of maintenance (electrical-mechanicalgenerators-welding…etc.).
- Installation, fixing, calibration and programming for all laying equipment

In charge of all mitigation and painting services for offshore facilities :
- Follow up the maintenance plan.
- Observation of spare parts & accessories list.
- Responsible for welding map, Fit-up and X-ray reports for welding joints.
- Tasks allocation between maintenance and welding crew.
- Responsible for garnet blasting, UT and painting operations with the reports.

In charge of The maintenance workshop by :
- Preparing a maintenance plan for the production lines.
- Tasks allocation between maintenance crew.
- Observation of spare parts & accessories list.
- Giving the commands to order the needed spare parts according to the
maintenance plan prepared.
- Programming, installation and technical support of AC drives
+ participated in the installation and maintenance of a new production line:
The aim was installation, wiring and testing the operation of the machines
: Drawing machines - copper plating machines - packing machines
Around 30 machines - 12 NOV 2018 to 23 DEC 2018
was in charge of:
- the wiring and testing faults in the programming of PLC Siemens S7-300
- Programming of inverters YASKAWA “F7” with DP Profibus card
- Programming of inverters ABB “ACS510 and ACS 550”
