Technical support and Customer Care for Queue management Systems
- Design : to plan and define the suitable places to queue system equipments and cables paths in co-operate with clients engineers, and to recognize the needs of the client to take into account
- Implementation: leading the crew to install all system's equipments And supervises the operations of the installed system, containing clients training process
- Optimization: to help the client To obtain the greatest benefit of system features, and to define any new required functions, and to make all features clear to client
