Perform maintenance of armed forces vehicles (gasoline and diesel) engines
1 - reception of clients and take the data and maintenance work required.
2 - check the car and principled leadership to do to make sure of the damage and the complaint.
3 - open the card maintenance work and identify the proposed actions taken with the consent of the client.
4 - Follow-up with Maintenance Control to find out the volume of maintenance work and the extent of achievement.
5 - the link between customers and the maintenance department.
6 - estimating the cost of wages and of spare parts required.
7 - delivery of the vehicle to the customer after confirmation of payment of the amounts due on them.
8 - Coordinate with clients in the case of other reforms and set a date the end of the maintenance work.
9 - Follow-up service after maintenance and communication to customers.
10 - processing monthly maintenance reports for all types of maintenance.
11 - Follow-up to issuing guarantees for all cars sold in all branches.
12 - Control of maintenance and exchange of spare parts for cars under warranty.
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering Automotive & Tractors dep.
