4- Personnel
Keeping Ideal Personal files of employees according to Qatari Laws.
Preparing documents for the Medical check-up of employees
Finish the procedures of The Wages Protection System (WPS) for all employees.
Following leaves and coordinate travel and travel reimbursement for staff
Organize vehicles maintenance schedule
Following accommodation's policy
updating, renew and making the visa of employees
Handling monthly payroll process
monitoring employees attendance
Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires, transfers, assignments, and returns from leave.
Distribute, receive, record and maintain files on administrative job applications, transcripts, fingerprints, examinations, credentials and other information; review for completeness and compliance; schedule necessary interviews and appointments.
Perform other administrative duties as required to support the mission and function of the unit.
