1) Supplier management (qualifications, selection, evaluation, development) update and lunch to supporting systems/ relatives to ensure and obtain best transparency.
2) Lead procurement team in Egypt and Support procurement team and purchase activities in NA region
3) Ensure lowest possible cost for material balanced against quality and delivery time, follow procurement techniques to met the timely delivery, follow the procurement cost lower to help the company gain the comprehensive competitive edge
4) Implement and ensure usage of globally defined procurement methods, process and systems and insure high process efficiency and compliances (P2P)
5) Define and implement procurement strategies based on conducted demand
6) Prepare and conduct negotiations on Medium and high purchase volumes to ensure cost efficient and reach best TQCD
7) Follow and solve financial critical issues related with suppliers.
8) Place purchase orders and PO management through different software (Oracle - Lotus…)
9) Follow suppliers Performance and monitor, supplier progress and contracts implementation
10) Ensure a close cooperation with internal customers(Business dept), ensure smooth internal communication and early involvement for procurement activities

11) Monitor and ensure that the contractor complies with its obligations under the contract with respect to procurement and subcontracts.
12) Receive, review, and analyze requests from internal customers and distribute to procurement team, assign procurement team for big projects, create bids accordingly, bid evaluation and contract finalization
13) Monitor contracts progress and payment status and ensures that appropriate reporting of project contracts status is provided to Project Management and other stakeholders
14) Maintain a detailed suppliers list, Review and recommend list of vendors and subcontractors proposed by bidders

big experience of procurement activities and market of (logistics services including warehouse and custom clearance, consultant services, IT hardware and software purchase, real estate, cars fleets purchase and management, office instruments, internet and data center hosting, marketing and advertising activities, media buying , decoration, maintenance, outsourcing services, spare parts, telecom projects , Engineering materials related to communication field such as towers, cables, CW …. Etc, )

1- -Knowledge of local practices, methods and legal requirements of purchasing as they relate to vendor selection, placement of purchasing orders, etc
