o Handling the promotions though dividing the tasks and responsibilities, sending the promoters to the promotional retails

o CE Auditing team leader (evaluating all CE team including the supervisors).
o Operating and managing CE merchandisers in the market daily basis.

o Set the training mechanism for the fresh members delivering Company’s culture and policy, Samsung AV and HA products, and training on daily reports and other documents

o o Prepared well-trained promoters over 200 persons (Frist wave of Samsung’s promoters in the market) to dispatch them in retails.
