Duties includes:-
1. Contract administration and management from tendering stage till Project handing over.
2. Country Market Study, Project feasibility Study.
3. Assisting Higher Management in defining Strategies for expanding Business internationally in fruitful countries and Projects.
4. Identify and target fruitful International Business Opportunities aligned with Company strategy.
5. Identifying an negotiating with potential International and Local Partners / sub-consultants for projects to form solid Consortium to fulfill Projects technical requirements.
6. Preparation of JV/association/sub-consultancy agreements.
7. Technical and Financial Proposals Coordination and Preparation for international Projects funded by international and Arab fund.
8. Performing PM activities for ongoing Projects during initiation Stage, assisting assigned project staff overseas with the required tools, templates and forms needed to maintain high project management standards.
9. Cost Management and Budget Control assuring Projects to be on budget and tracking of Company’s invoices from Clients/Sponsors.
10. Project Monitoring and Control during construction phase to handing over to the Client to ensure Full Client and Sponsor satisfaction.
 Preparation of several Proposals in Yemen, Iraq, Bahrain, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Ethiopia, Sudan, Malawi, Uganda, Sri lanka.
 Responsible for PM, Monitoring and Control of ongoing Projects in Yemen, Morocco, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Ethiopia.

working at Nezar Al-Anjari Consulting Bureau (NAB) at the State of Kuwait as Tendering/Contracts and technical specifications Engineer and executive director of Contracts and documents department (leading 3 employees).
Main responsibilities:-
* preparation of tender documents (tender procedures and contract conditions and project technical specifications)
* preparation of preliminary project time schedule
* prequalification of Contractors and tender evaluations
* planning of internal office projects time schedule and coordination between various departments

Working at THE ARAB CONTRACTORS - Helwan Branch project of "The Relocation of Military Factories (27) at Abu Zaabal" as a site engineer supervising 3 administrative buildings (2 buildings started from excavation till final finish and submittal and 1 building repairing)

Working at THE ARAB CONTRACTORS - Helwan Branch project of "Alobor Elite Schools at Alobor City" as a Technical Office and planning engineer
* Preparation and submission of the Baseline including all resources loading.
* Preparation of daily report, weekly report, monthly report.
