-Improve the operational system with the way that support the production process in safe way
- Correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority.
-Ensure that company safe system of work is implemented and understood.
-Participate in the safety training process to the production team to insure that they have the needed training in HSE
-Participate in the Periodical inspection to all the Equipment’s in site to make sure that its suitable and safe to work with
-Participate in monthly safety audit on other sites
-Able to run and report RCA for each incident happened in the aggregates sector

-Responsible about risk assessment at any site under my supervision.
-Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety.
- Member at any RCA Committee in sites under my responsibilities
- Member at HSE committee
-Participate in external audits with safety audit team
-Run different reports to communicate with my top managements
-Meet deadline at any assessment
