•Plan and perform daily customer visits and sales activities.
•Plan and create new customers by frequent follow up.

1- Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, show samples and take orders
2- Arrange a schedule of visits to major potential buyers by contacting people and making appointments
3- Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors
4- Speak with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to determine the best methods of promoting products
5- Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them, which may involve
6- Providing technical descriptions of products and how they may be used 7- quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
8- Prepare contracts and record orders
9- Report to employers on sales and provide feedback about the marketing of new or established products
10- Carry out formal presentations of products using videos and other training aids, attend promotional markets and organize product displays
11- Work on telemarketing campaigns
12- Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
1- Greeting and ascertaining what are the customers' needs.
2 - Maintaining knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchanging policies as well as security practices.
3 - Recommending, selecting, and help locating and/or obtaining merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
4 - Explaining and demonstrating the merchandise usage, operation and care. Computing sales prices, total purchases.
5 - Preparing sales slips or sales contracts. - Receiving and processing cash or credit payment.
6 - Placing special orders or calling other stores to find desired items 7- Positive, Motivated, ambitious and loyal:
1- Greet the customer on counter with warmth, courtesy & personalized greeting 2- In low traffic periods, meet the customer at the door (acting as greeter)
3- Generating a proper queuing ticket for the customer
4- Full customer need assessment by proper probing to identify the customer's needs
5- Offering the best fit to the customer through cross sell/up sell when applicable according to the customer's type/segment
6- Fulfilling the customer need with speed & simplicity (Can do attitude) 7- Handle customers' inquiries & complains in a positive manner
8- Acting as customer's telecom advisor
9- Ensure that the customer got all the needed service before leaving the counter 10- Farewell the customer & invite him to revisit our store
11- Provide strong & updated product knowledge & competition's offers awareness 12- Supporting in maintaining the store's look & feel standards at all times
